I bought the total experience package over the weekend and it says on the box you get a bonus item the Barc. I already have one account so I set up a 2nd account and registered it. Created a new character looks in the inventory and data pad but no Barc there!! Do I have to do anything to obtain it?

This happened to me as well.

Have you tried logging out your new character and re-logging back in? When I did I got a pop-up window asking if I wanted to claim my reward, which was the Barc.

/claim will get you the barc

yea you have to do /claim to get your barc deed.
