quick question where to i start the quest for teh cybernetic arm that shoots lighting

are you sure it was shooting lighting or was it just a jedi healing someone?

I believe yo uare refering to the one that has a chance of eletrical damage on a melee hit... its gotten from Necrosis deep in the Mydryyl (sp?) caves on Kashyyyk... take some backup, lol... we defeated him with 7 people, only one of who was a jedi and he wasnt even the one dealing with Necrosis till after they got the chargers out.

i heard it does like 50 damage so it doesn't seem to be working right.
