Ok ive Recently reinsatlled SWG i insatlled the collecters adition game on the box it said i get a reward its spouse to be the glasses ive typed claim reward and there was no response how can i solve my problem ?

The goggles are tied to the account key, not the software. If you already had an account (which I assume you did from your registration date) you'll have to create a new account using the CD key to get the goggles. This means that your existing characters can't get them.

Not true, just register the key onto your normal account using the register expansion button. This works for any account keys you can get EG Special Edition, JTL (Beta) and TotalEXP.
