I once played a character on Starsider as my main, but now I play Chilastra. I claimed my Vet awards on Starsider, but would love to have them on Chilastra instead. Is there a way to reset them. I would be willing to go as far as deleting my character if that is what it took. I hope there is a way.

There's probably nothing SOE can do about it, although I suppose there's a chance for it in the future. You could try just opening a CSR ticket (not a /bug ticket) to see if you can get an official response.

If it's one of the "decorative" items (minis, terminals, etc) you can claim it again on Chilastra at your next veteran milestone. From the pub 20 patch notes on Testcenter, it looks like the devs are going to an "every three months" schedule after 12 months. So once pub 20 hits, you'll be able to claim a 15 month, 18 month, and 21 month reward, which will also let you pick items from previous milestones.

If it's a "once per account" reward (ADK, 30k resource deed, self powered harvester kit) you can't do that. You might be able to arrange a cross-server trade with another player, though. If you can find someone with a character on Starsider who wants an ADK (for example) who has an ADK on Chilastra you can try to set up a swap between the four characters. You@Starsider gives Him@Starsideran ADK, then Him@Chilastra gives You@Chilastra an ADK. This is risky, though, since there's no "secure trade" option cross-server. Personally, for a big-ticket item like an ADK, it would have to be with someone I've known for a while and trust a lot to do this.

Finally, there has been mention of including some items in the character transfer service (although this is not currently an option). It's likely that veteran rewards are going to be ones that can be transferred (since those do not rely on server-specific resources). There's a small possibility that the same functionality could allow players to transfer those items between two different characters on the same account. But that's not anything that can really be counted on, so it may not be something you want to consider.
