Thread: I have a huge problem with my 6 month reward

I was putting some resouces (skin, bones) into my Food and Chemical Factorywhen I accidently put my 30Kresource crate deed into the ingredient bin. Now all I can do is examine it. I cannot retrieve it. I have tried to remove it from the bin with both of my accounts to no effect. I had the same problem with a crafted radio and CU reward plaque that I had placed in a backpackin one of my houses. I was able toget those backby picking up the backpack they were in. This obviously wont work witha factory. I have yet to submit a report because I usually get more help in here than I ever get from thecanned ticket responses

Open 2 windows side by side, 1 the hopper, 1 your inventory, and drag and drop.

I believe that I may have tried that, I've done everything else,it can't hurt to try again.
I'll let you know if it works when I get home from work, thanks for the info.

If dragging doesn't work, send in a ticket and pray for a nice CSR that will come get it out for you.

try to put a backpack in the hopper and then drag the 30k res deed into it then pick up the pack
im pretty sure thats how i got a painting out of my bank

Done deal, I was able to getmy second acctsdeed out of my first accts factory with my first acct toon by dragging it to my inventory. My second acct could do nothing except examine it, I couldn't even drag it.
