so what if we can solo them, or if they are doable in groups.
there is a huge need for better tunes....it would take weeks to get existing jedi the 4 they need.
it is not like a good saber is all that.....they are good weapons, not game breakers.
"With my current saber I can't even kill a Krayt or NS so the drop rate isn't even a consideration. I noticed the other day that my damage is comparable to a crappy scout blaster. At this point I only have two options:
1) Buy crystals/pearls (yeah right, they're rediculously expensive right now and even If I could buy a bunch I could still get crap tunes)
2) Grind for hours on the lower level people that drop "fair" crystals to build up my saber (and pray that all the vis i'm accumulating won't draw the attention of a bounty hunter)."

Took about 30 minutes, but totaly soloable
I have MDEF, MLS. I can solo CL90 Krayts.
Haven't tried anything harder....yet

Thank you. TKM was a force back then. Throw doc on that and you could be virtually unstopable. I crafted buffs up to 2944(janta/med city)back near the final days of swg. There wasn't much in the game my toon couldn't destroy, including a lot of play jedi.

I have farmed about 30 pearls this week, got 4-5 quality crystals from level 111's. I got enough RIS components for 3 sets of RIS in 1 week of farming before that.
I was htinking the opposite. I was thinking loots were too easy to get, maybe I am just lucky? I get a pearl about 1/5 to 1/10krayt.

Including the insane number of bugs and broken features which only happen to affect me I have thought it was client related or some racial issue with playing a Rodian.
As for NS, I've killed numerous sisters with the best results appearing from Rangers. they have always given better loot even pre-cu.
The Krayts...randomly brokne I guess.
The lvl 111's, loot tables which should have been redone over 8 months ago in preperation for the CU. This exemplifies SOE's developement studio's inept ability to maintain a game of this magnitude...
/Rant to SOE: Friggin hire more personell you idiots!! Don't you realize the players are what's governing your sales and sub rates? You have 30% unpleased gamers and they will rant and shoot down any effort made by marketing to promote sales. In return, you get your player base who's pleased with the game above 60% and you will not be focusing on gimicks to sell your flawed products. Fix the game!!!
