Some clarifications, the Hair in the list was a bug where after an ID changed a hair style, the old hair went into the inventory. This is what I could gather. Also, the Treated Protective Coverall does not vanish after 24 hours. I still have one in my museum, but the NPC doesn't seem to be giving the Protective Coverall, perhaps a bug. Also, I can't confirm that Slave Collars and Eyes of Mesra are not obtainable anymore.

let's add treasure chests, which could be picked up during the first few months. I've got one sitting in my city hall

Is it labeled Treasure Chest or Drum? I know Jabba's you could loot the Drum/Magseal. People said the Treasure Chest ones vanished if you dropped them.

If you do google searches allakhazam hasa pretty good walkthough of some missions. Although, you have to look at the cashed files to see the old quests from allakhazam. You find some old yet incomplete info on the Binna Jode quests in the cashed files.

I added the historical disk from the Boss Nass quest which is bugged; he will not give missions anymore...

The slave collar can still be had as a "return for reward" item from the Nightsister themepark i believe. You can also get Malkloc heart , Gaping Spider posion sacs , powdered poison and (i think) a dermal analyser from this park.
Eyes of Mesra *should* still be rare drops in the Warren along with palm fronds and worklights.

it says that all royal jellys old and new are changed to royal honey.
That is true exept i was in my friends house the other day and noticed that he had an (exeptional) one
it was still named "Royal Jelly Caraffe (Exeptional)"
i thought that was pretty cool

Lol i was sooo confused when they changed that... i was like " whoa werent these named royal jelly before?" but when i went and checked some old ones i had sure enough they were royal honey... thought i was going crazy lol

I have no idea why they changed the name of the Royal Jelly Carafe to Royal Honey Carafe. There is a real term royal jelly which I believe is fed to bee larvae, especiallyqueen bee larvae.

There is still places where you can get palm fronds, eye of Meshra, slave collars and worklight. The piles in the gungan temple is as far as I know not possible to open any longer, but there is things in the galaxy that drops them as loot (not telling who 
). And some say they sometimes can be found in the warren.

i looted an eyes of mesra off a businessman in the yavin smug outpost a few weeks ago. i also looted one off a spice fiend about a year ago.
i was under the impression that eyes and palm fronds drop off anything, just super rare... as well as from the containers or whatever.
