The EULA is very specific about organized camping of spawn points. To bad they don't enforce this rule on PA's who insist on camping spawn points day and night.
You may not operate a Player Association (Guild) that habitually violates these rules.
Disciplinary issues involving Player Associations will also be addressed on a broader basis. Player Associations whose members habitually violate any of the Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct or Play Nice Policies may be disbanded. In addition, monopolizing numerous spawn areas with the intent to exclude other players will not be permitted. If investigated and verified by a CSR, monopolizing will result in the disbanding of the Player Association. As stated in Rules of Conduct section 8, Player Association leaders who condone, participate in, or knowingly allow such action may be held accountable for the actions of their members.
Most likely this person operates in a guild. They ALL should be punished.
Please don't do the following behavior to retaliate:
You may not intentionally circumvent the player-versus-player combat features and cause another player to die, such as by "training" them.
Training is defined as pulling/leading a hostile NPC or creature along behind you and attempting to get it to attack another player who does not desire that engagement.
The intentional training of NPCs or Creatures will result in immediate disciplinary action when witnessed by a CSR, or if sufficient evidence is available. We are aware that accidents often happen causing unintentional trains, and will scrutinize each report of this activity closely.
P.S. the guy is clearly a jerk. A year and a half of camping a spawn? That is way to long. Oh and I have camped a spawn point before. To use and sell loot. I don't pretend to be high and mighty. Clearly the intent is to monopolize the spawn point for the duration of his accounts existance. That is a HUGE difference between someone or a group of someone's camping a spawn looking for a few specific tapes.

he got some awesome WS exp. and two handed tapes in that one loot and sold them for millions and became richer than me

yeah, I bet he felt better after he beat that cheater to his loot. Why do people like that feel the need to as millions of credits anyways?
