ok this is just a theory but i think the legs might be in the shadow weave caverns in the forest but no one knows since u cant get past the first room because it is bugged and a known issues to devs and csrs and they are working on it....sure they are

I ADKed my CyberShock arm. To answer other questions the decay from death. Shirt sleeves do not cover cybernetics. Certain clothing cannot be equipped when wearing cybernetics. When wearing my arm I cannot wear my commando jacket/cloak.

Before Publish 19 those caverns were not bugged. I know because I went throughout the whole system of caves doing one of the mission from the Mydril Caves killing the spiders. Also went there out of curiosity before that. There are no NPCs that can be talked to in the Webweaver cave.

Im interested in these legs. Cant wait to see what comes up. But I have never... EVER. Seen people walking around with them. So I think its just not out yet. Wouldnt make sense that no onehas them. But I wish the punk that took that SS would tell us some more info. Garunteed that you guys watch these legs and this topic.Cause when these come out they will sell for tons but after a good while they wont be worth much so I say get the legs... sell then buy lol.

This was asked in one of those developer House of Stratics chat things. The legs are NOT in this game.

From the chat log

Shadowbrak - There are no plans to change the Rebel/Imperial requirements for the Actis and ARC-170 quests.

Brekkee - *beer* question no one has found cyber legs yet ingame are they bugged or actually ingame yet ? what the story with them?

Shadowbrak - The Cybernetic Legs are not currently in game now but are slated as a reward for future content.

Brekkee - *Dreelo* Why was Kashyyyk designed with paths instead of a more open feel such as we're used to now on the other planets in places where it could have been done?
