F. medical enhancement (looted from cinderclaw lvl 88 elite junkat(sp), might drop from other spawns as well)
If you get a Ivory tulrus horn and you examine it.. you will gain a quest to kill 20 tulrus this will earn you 7k credits and the F med Enh. And after killing 20 of them there is a good possibility to earn another ivory horn to repeat the quest

Just for thought I's mention that you've writen NCP everytime in the first post, when it should be NPC (Non-Player-Character)

a Dimly Glowing Droid Interface----looted off San'sii tradeable--the drop is random.
a Dimly Glowing Recording Rod---looted off the Prophet of the Storm Lord tradeable---only killed the prophet once so not sure if random or everytime.
