Can anyone tell me the best place to find the Holocrons that tell you what to do to become Jedi? I have not found any of late.

All Holocrons tell you want you need to do (as far as professions to try) to unlock your Jedi, but just getting Holocrons and doing what they tell you won't get you a Jedi. There's more things to do that they don't help you with.

But if you've tried all the usual places (Dantooine Force-NPCs, and high-level faction NPCs) then I can't really offer any suggestions on where else to look.

Rebel level 25ish NPC's are known to drop a few of them
