I got a small power motor from my fiance but im not sure what uses it. Anybody have a clue? is it one of the new recycler components perhaps?

You have Sleemo listed as dropping Grey broken Hand-held Viewscreens. On bloodfin they are droppign tan ones, not grey!

You have meatlumps listed as dropping grey broken Hand-heldviewscreesn. On bloodfin they are only dropping tan one.

ok i got a question i got the stuff to make one of the - A Picture Printer Painting but have no idea how to put it together is there a scamatic i need or am i just not looking at this stuff righti tried to drag and droppnig on one another but that doesn't work

That is my bad xwing, I've updated the information and process to give a better explanation about what to do.
You have meatlumps listed as dropping grey broken Hand-heldviewscreesn. On bloodfin they are only dropping tan one.
I have a general theory that says most thugs, meatlumps, sleemos and other ones that hang around and in cities drop a general pool of items as I myself have gotten both grey and tan from meatlumps, just that their drop rates for getting a grey or tan one from thugs, meatlumps, sleemos etc. seem to vary.
Lady Luck alsolikes to dabble in loot drops as well

Jabba Swoop Leader seems to be a distinct class of NPC with their own loot drop tables, as they don't correspond to eitehr swoop leader or Jabba's NPC... What I am seeign form them are:
Broken Hand-Held Viewscreen (tan) <- You don't have Swooper leaders or Jabba NPC's listed for htis.
Party Poster <- You have neither swooper leaders or Jabba's NPC's listed here...
Picture Printer <- Same as above
Pistol Enahncers <- You have both listed for this.
As for my two previous comments... After filling my inventory9-11 times across 2 buff sessions on each spawn. I feel I have a good indication of the loot pattern after getting basically 500 items... So if those spawns drop what you say, either they don't drop at all for static city spawns (try missions) or it is an 1 in 1000 drop (scary thought) or worse...
It might also be interesting to note which spawns drop cargo pockets, stachels and loot kit bits from the junk dealers these days too.

Hmmm interesting...I'll have to test this out on my server, I really hope they didn't make the loot item drop for differentNPCs different for every server. Until then though I'll still maintain that you can loot the tan and grey from certain NPCs (Even if its an ever so remote chance).
For the time being though, I'll be concentrating on just listing the Patch 12 Loot. Updated with the further loot drop information though
