/bumping a very useful thread.
Anyone have any more ideas on the 'Blue Wire' problem? i.e. We still looking at Binarye Hooligans?

Just an fyi on blue wire, I camped the hooligans at the entrance for almost 2 days straight and got 3 blue wires, I got two others off a random spawn, only 1 to go, I still need the spinner blades if anyone has some tips how to aquire those myself that would be great!
One more tumble blender and 3 more agitators and I will have looted everything myself for these. Its been about 3 weeks in the making, I hope I finish soon!

Lol.. lucky you... i still dont' have enough blue wires for what i need (i still can't believe they are going for 350k-400k each on our server... )...
I still have problems getting spinner blades (i've been at it since the publish started... and i still need 3 more spinner blades... Yes, i have one spinner blade but its not for sale as you can see how rare the item is)

The best thing is to find the Binyayre Holligan spawn point outside of Daedric on Talus. I looked for over a week
and finally found it. Had6 blue wires in 30 minutes, this was on Intrepid Server.
Spinner Blades seem to be the RARE commodity even with the global vendor search.
I am down to 3 spinner blades and one agitator motor to make the set of 5 recyclers.
BTW use the work around for assembling it works.

I didn't think the Spinner Blades were that hard. But everyone is looking for them. I could make a fortune just selling those. 
Just grabbed a Couple of Hidden Daggers missions. Got about 3/4 every hour.

I finished my collection of recyclers a week ago, man what a pain!
The hardest part to get was the blue wire. I bought 5 of them and just needed to loot 1 of them.
Bloodfin wasn't getting the static spawns around Dearnic so I ended up camping the POI. Went there 3 times for 1 buff session each and didn't get anything. On the 4th time, the thing got bugged somehow so it was spawning 5 hooligans per cycle instead of 3 hooligans (double spawn of the 2 up front).
Did the double spawn for about 5 cycles, got my blue wire, then took off like a bat out of hell to finish the last recycler up.

Nice list. I would appreciate an addition of what happens to the resource placed inside of it. Planet-specific stacks combined, what the stat equations are, etc.

I think that all stats become 200 after you put them in the recycler I read it on another post, I still need the Blue wire for mine I will post after I complet my chem recycler and let you know for sure.
