Why isn't there a Master Ranger's weapon? Combat Medic, Squad Leader, BH, Rifleman, Pistoleer, Carbineer, Commando, all have their own master weapon, Ranger should too. It is a combat class when it comes to traps....it only makes sense to make a special weapon for the few of us out there that are willing to have a combat oriented prestige class that doesn't have any other ability to attack people. Oh, traps should work on people too, just thought that if i got hit with tranquilizers I might slow down as well as a KRAYT dragon does!
A ranger carbine or rifle would be best I think, but seeing as how Rangers deal with Melee combat from most of the creatures they encounter, it would be a good reason to maybe make some melee abilities(maybe similiar to the melee combat defense and such as Swordsman?) JUST MAKE A RANGER WEAPON!

are you even aware the pearls and crystals cannot be adk'd themselves?
besides, the lightsaber as a weapon itself is awfully crumby, like 250 max without crystals at 4th gen.
the crystals ARE the weapon, practically anyway. and furthermore, the crystal serves no ulterior motive than enhancing a single saber to be on par with normal weapons. crystals cannot be traded once you tune them so they are a non-factor at that point itemwise. they are the lightsaber they are put into, the lightsaber is it's crystals.
it's not fricken abuse man, get real.
ABOUT THE RANGER CLASS
They really do need to upgrade this class and fix it. Rangers should have traps usable on humans, and since they dont get many combat mods, they (master Rangers)should probably get a trap to immobilize a creature or human up to 45 seconds. I was ranger and dropped this class cause I felt it offered little.
ALso, I hear people complaining about not finding good loots when they kill high level creatures. I was thinking, "Do the Rangers have better luck looting these high end loots?" If so, that is cool, that would actually add value to this class. Rangers should have the best chance for getting these high end loots. like if everyone elses chances are 1 in 50 everytime they kill a high level creature, make a ranger's chances 1 in 25.
