The only ones that have a quest I know of for sure to kill the queen are the chief and the nurse. I've only heard that there were 3 total, so it's just rumor at this point.

Which arms did you get installed? Did you try using the abilities listed when you go into the Command Browser? It's Ctrl-A by default I think. I've changed most of my keymappings so not entirely sure.
They should work, I've used the abilities on all the arms that I've gotten (I haven't got the lightning arm or the ranged arm from Qakkee yet). They all 'went off' though most like the /cyborgStrengthBuff one doesn't seem to do a whole lot if anything.

I am using the ranged arm from Qakkee. I had it installed and a message came up saying I gained a new skill or whatever. I used control-A and moved the new icon it created for CyborgSureShot and hit it with me targetted, nothing targetted and a mob targetted but nothing noticable ever happens. I am equiping a rifle, un-equiping.. I look at my offense and defense stats before I hit it then after and see no difference.
Do these stats the arm gives cap out? Is it possible a MBH, MRifles, MMarksmen is capped? Other than that idea I am out.

The arm from the Bestine Cantina is bugged for me. The CyborgSureshot does nothing for me. I did initiate combat with it once and did all of 10 damage. It doesnt increase my range either. I think that arm is broken.

anyone know or heard of a cybernetic MELEE SPEED ARM? or is this total bull$hit?

The range arm (left arm) you get from th Bestine Cantina quest, all it does is give you +5 gun range (which works great), +5 ranged accuracy (not too bad). The Skill /CyberSureShot, it's not really good for anythng, it's not an attack really, but if you are fighting something, and you decided that you need more accuracy against it, hit the command while you are fighting that mob, it will increase your accuracy for a while. I honesty don't see any reason why you would need it tho. It's similar to the rifleman command Aim, which gives you accuracy bonus for the next few attacks.

As for the Rez arm, I got that last night when I got the mission from the nurse Yraka Nes, to kill the queen. I had done the Ranged arm quest for the doc and killed the queen once for the chief (and got the useless lv50 1-hand knife). As I finished the chief's quest I talked to Yraka Nes again and she told me to go kill the queen to get her something so I went and killed the queen a second time, got back and she gave me the rez arm.

the command on the legs isn't /cyberneticSpeed
its /cyborgBurst
Though the description for the command is still Cybernetic Speed
=)

Seems to be bugged. I did a few quests in a row, and if you get the +5 rangearm, and then get the +10 rangearm while it's still in your inventory, it will over-write the first arm, and you lose it.
I seem to have lost the /Revive arm that way...

lol, i found them in a guy's house in beta. he said he got them off of a quest NOT ON KASH but couldnt remember where.
Then later he said he got them from the myrdrill cavers, so i don't know which to belive.
i knew that they were test center from the pic. Chat channel complete message /shutter... that was horrible the few days that was on test center... more annoying then the ocnstant crashes.
btw i was in beta and i do not believe there was a quest from them there. he probably got them from the blue frog on kashyyyk. gave you all the cyborg parts without you doing anything... all i got to say is i miss my cyborg legs.
