there's no specific NPC loot drop that only drops jedi CA's... and if there is, no one would tell you.
Anyways, if you want quanity of CA's and AA's, camp the aakuan cave, or something similar.
Now, if you want quality, kill NS, DJM, DJK, and all of those high-end PvE spawns.
BH drops don't really produce anything special, it's just like killing a NS Ranger or Stalker, I guess..

I looted a CA with these stats from a bh mob..
12 1hand ls acc
12 2hand ls spd
Same CA.

Yeah - I got 5 SEAs in a period of about 45 minutes, like every single mark had a CA or AA drop.

i thought jedi ca's went only to 12+ . maybe im just not onoften , but seems there are higher then 12+ selling on the forums sooo like whats the deal with jedi ca's? sorry for the silly question!

First off, I know this question has been asked alot. However, the search function for this forum appears to be broken for me, so I did attempt to use it before I asked. I am interested to know where the melee and ls speed and accuracy CA's drop from. I know BH's get some from their NPC missions (isn't it ironic that BH get loot that help jedi against them? - but I digress) and that the AAkuan Cave drop CA's, but I haven't had any luck getting what I'm looking for. Is that a) loot rates have been nerfed because of AFK camping and I just need to keep looking or b) there's no loot of this type in there. Regardless of answers above, where else can I find this specific type of loot? Thanks

Mods on SEA drops are completely random. So, to answer your question, just keep hunting what you're hunting and then sell what you loot because the likelihood that you'll find exactly what you want is highly improbable. A better course of action would be to make money on your loot and hope to have enough when someone else has the SEA's you need.
I'd recommend doing aakuan missions rather than cave looting. I've gotten +11's off mission NPC's whereas the cave usually drops +5's.
