Wasn't it stated somewhere that LS placed inside a ADK would restore the ###/### value of the items inside the LS?

I have a question too. I just got double bladed 4 and I'm working on getting an anti decay kit for my saber. Can you still open up your saber and remove the crystals once its time to upgrade sabers? I was using a first gen with a -8 pearl last night and running out of force, which I haven't had to worry about yet. I've got two -9's just achin to be used.

My understanding is that you can switch out crystals all you want after the ADK is used on a saber. Just remember to remove all crystals before you destroy the saber if you decide to move the kit to a new one.

Just a general question. I searched the KB already and couldn't find an answer.

If you destroy and item that has an Anti-Decay kit on it do you recover the kit or is it lost forever with the item?

I was curious as I know the harvester power kits are returned to you when you re-deed the harvester.

The reason I ask is I would like to use the AD kit on my Padawan LS but I want to make sure I can get it back and reuse it when I gain LS levels and craft new sabers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

When you destroy the item, you get the kit back.

I just claimed my anti-decay kit and used it on an item with the understanding that it can always be removed and put on a different item. However, how do I remove it from the current item? It no longer appears inmy inventory and there is no option to remove it on the item I put it on. Can anyone help me?

No this is the way it should work...... otherwise people would just swap there ADK between weapons & Armour etc and the purpose is to make an item Non Decayable once, not multiple times.

Its also the reason why they are selling for on average about 20mil, on intrepid anyway.

As the kit currently works, in order to retrieve an anti-decay kit, the currently anti-decayed item must be destroyed. There is a slight delay and a new one appears in your inventory as you receive a message indicating that the kit has been "retrieved". I have confirmed this personally several times myself, as it was necessary to replace psgs as the "mysterious" lightsabre resist was not permanent after retrieval from a crate.
