Good Idea, but if this was implemented would they also have to raise the level system? Which curently caps at 80.



If no other proffesion is my equal, then how do I better myself?

Well, we don't really have a Combat Level System. They just made it look that way after the CU. Its still basically the same Skill based system that it was with a CL number next to your name now.

z0mg....im not signing this....2 reasons....2 skill points isnt enough to work with...what about the people who have completed their template with 1 skill pont remaining?? how am i suppose to use a ring that adds 2 skill points to my advantage?



Heres the other kicker...what if...and OMG....u know this is gunna happen....people start trading these left and right? people stockpile them and get 4 and 6 extra skill points? or what about the uber retard who equips it...and then takes it off....leaving himn in the negative...we all know the devs wont program something to prevent the removal of this item.....nice idea...in concept...if you wanna unbalance the game a little more i guess...

This would be unbalancing, how about giving jedi 2 character levels for every time they move up the FRS system making a jedi max char level of 90.....thats also a dumb idea

Bad idea. This would only serve to create more FOTM templates, since 2 points wont be able to be used by every full template, but will greatly benifit some.

These would be untradable Vet rewards so ppl could do that. And some1 mention gaining a combat lvl for every FRS rank for jedi, that seems like a good idea. I dont know much about other servers but on Flurry, the old FOTM is Swordsmen/Doc and the few of them on our server have hammers that are 2x stronger than sabers, if they would do this to jedi and give us 1 cl for every FRS rank and make us lvl 90 it would also raise our ham to 4000 instead of the max 3200. I like this idea and it would be nice and might balance the jedi back on at least Flurry...rofl i dont know how bad it is on other servers.

Take a look at when I signed up, I've been playing since beta two. I just don't think its a good idea to alter the playing feild like this. The GCW is screwed up enough as is, but if you give some players more points to play with then others, its going to throw it completly out of whack. By asking for more skill points what are you really asking for? To me, it seems like a way to make your character stronger, however you do that to be able to compete with other players, in which case your really asking for balancing.


Perhaps I'm wrong, but its my view all the same.

I suppose I wouldn't mind an extra lot per year if skillpoints were too game wrecking (on their own of course, not relative to all the other changes we've seen).
