Take your CL 80 alt, go to a player city on Lok, and run corsair missions from there. The drop quality should be good instead of the fairs you get from the POI. On a related note, I've only used one crystal out of my last 85 tunes (mostly fair, a couple good). An 85/-4 is the best I've seen in a while. I'm hoping for krayts to kill again, pearls seem to tune better for me.
