Some updates:

Those Beladonna NPCs, I've looted the No Division poster from them, along with Datapad housing, Datapad backlight, and Datapad Connectors. They also drop some skill modifiers, looted one for rifle speed and one for pistol speed along with Rifle Accuracy.

Also pistol accuracy and broken datapads. And Corrupt datadisks.

Plus I just looted a Victory poster so I'm happy.

I'll look into where to get the Double Helix Poster, I believe it is one of the options made from the picture assemblers, not sure though.
