Well, we have to assume that this Star Wars stuff is some particular type of material, like memory plastic or something, that adjusts to different sizes. Remember 'Aren't you a little short for a Stormtrooper?' Luke? Despite difficulty seeing in the helmet, he managed to wear that armor, and I can't think the clone armor would be much less sophisticated than that.

'Sides, Chess is about 6'4" (BIG girl), and the Stormtrooper armor fits her fine...even if it has the same effect as the uniform, decreasing her bust by at least two cup-sizes. Why my nickname for my dress greys is 'Imperial corset'.
