What is this? I looted it off of a Force Crystal ORb Guy in the force Crystal Caves. What will this do? Any ideas for later time, it stats its an artifact that is mysterious and can take lifetimes to figure out???

You are supposed to get them as part of one of Jabba's quests (after killing the Kaduu) and then turn it in.
Either way it is just a novelty deco and has no stats or purpose other than to sit there.

I would think that when after time it would turn into something , but thats just a guess, i mean why would starwars do this? I dont get it?

It has no 'purpose' beyond being one of those neat items in the game. It's worth depends on who you speak with, many collectors do like having all the interesting items that are out there.
