I feel for you guys who are getting almost zero drops of BH armor for all your work, I know the pain of which you speak (and it mostly centers around the buttcheeks that were glued to a speeder seat for goodness-only-knows how long, hunting for Death Watch spawns)...
...would this be the wrong time to remember that back in April '04, when this stuff first started dropping and nobody knew about it, I was looting at least one (sometimes two) armor pieces from EVERY spawn I came across?

I have hunted Black Sun on and off for the last 2 months. Killed maybe 300 of them and came away with 2 helemts, chest, and a bracer. I got sick of seeing my partially completed BH Armor sit in my house and I wanna make a run at getting the Mando armor, so the last 4 days I went out and just hunted Black Sun as much as I could. Probably 12 hours of game time went into it, and no clue how many killed, but I got the rest of the pieces I needed, including the Jet Pack. As well as some extras to sell. The drops are rare. Sometimes I would go 15 to 20 kills with nothing, then other times I would get 2 pieces within 10 kills. Patience is the key!
How do you kill them? Need to heal a lot. I have 8k armor, as well as a 2.3k PSG so I do well against the Ranged. The melee give me trouble so I have to kite them. I can kill them toe to toe but it takes a lot. Also, ifI get a spawn near water, I kite the melees in the edge of thewater. They can't keep up with me in the water and I just hammer away at them.
