/agree I have to travel around for hours to find wookiee armor and when i finally find it it has the crappiest stats. I cant even pvp anymore, i can never find the right armor. Even when there is Decent armor, some wookiees cant even afford it(500k for a suit). I think they should make wookiee armor easier to make and with better stats. Give us wookiees some LOve

well i wish i was a wookie on your server because whenever someone makes say 100 full sets of wookie armor it's gone in a week, but the most i've seen made at a time is 25 sets, i guess it depends on the server

server and factory runs.. you can only make so many segments with the same serial.... for those who do not know... one of the resource hogs in wookie armor is the "armor padding" this requires a lot good wooly hide (for a sub component).. since wooly hide is also used in composite.. you can more out of your wooly if u only make composite..

Since there are so many armorsmith/savy people veiwing this, I was wondering if anyone knew the stats it took for a Zabark marksman to wear a full set of Chitin armor.

I agree with everything you say. But I wouldn't hold my breath Because being a Wookie gives you bonuses to starting attributes I guess that is why they give you guys lower quality armor (I don't think that is fair though) ... Look for the armor hole to be fixed in the Combat Upgrade SEE HERE

I'd give up those starting attributes to have new armor or at least make our current armor better, no matter how good the resources, armosmith it never can have good encumbrance, good resists, and good condition. I'm losing 650mind/focus/wil to encumbrance.

A human Armorsmith's Opinion:

First off I never make wookie armor. I made a few suits for friends when it came out, but that was about it.

What I would do if I was a wookie would be to gather the resources myself and bring them to a MAS. Any MAS would only need the hide andbones.I would have no problem making the armor for someone, it would just take a bit. It wouldn't be something I could do right away. The only thing I would personally see as a problem would be the armor padding. I gave up all tailor skills after making a bunch of schematics for any parts I would need. Any other armorsmith might still have the ability to make the padding, however they might not have all the tailor experimentation to make good ones, so maybe asking a master tailor to make a crate for your suit would be a good idea too.

That's just my opinion. I would gather the resources myself instead of worring about finding a suit, it should save you some money too. And I know not everyone has hunting skills, but I guess then you are out of luck, unless you hire a scout.

I kind of like that idea. as an AS, if a wookie brought me padding, it would make it much easier to make andcheaper. I cringe everytime I use good wooly for padding. The average price for wookie hunting armor on sunrunner is 350k/set. Thats 80 kinetic 67-69 base...

I have an even better idea. How about we make NO armor the norm and armor very unusual? This isn't medieval Europe. Make it Star Wars and end Armor Wars. THEN you'd see wookies and Trandoshans stand out.

it would be more star warsy to not have armor, but it would take away from the actual game part, it wouoldn't as good a game

I'm a wookiee, too, and feel your pain.
