imperial elite nova tooper commander (random spawn) (+12 LS experimentation , +4 Med exp, +4 2handed LS speed)
Mission stormtroopers (+3 artisan exp, plus a few +5 stat ones, but nothing over +5 From missions)
The stormtroopers are still droping Action wound pack meds :-) nice for hmmmm decoration i guess :-)

I have killed probably over 200 marauders and looted 3 attachments. one with +8,+3 and one +5,+5,+3 and the other was a +8 poison res....
as far as luck goes i killed an mos entha security guard and got a +3 weapon exp,,
also on Tat a juvie dropped a +10 for me (rare)
and ive killed alot of those siths that rush the villageand got one +8 and a +5
all of them seem hard to get, you need to kill lots of them, I havent found any easy place to loot attachments that are more than a +2

Don't forget borgle bat cave. Spawns once every 10 hours in the 2 piles down at the bottom. Attachments up to +11. However theres some guy that camps most of the servers EVERY SPAWN (has been for many months) and uses a cheat program to loot, but you can usually get the other loot pile.

You guys must know about a different Enclave than I do...Light Jedi enclave is on Yavin IV and the Sentinels are CL 500. They hit me for around 60k damage in one hit...

tried the enclave guards, seems to only drop creds , oh and where do the 100+ lvl npcs spawn except for the little island by the mining outpost?

I killed a force sensitve renegade or archaist on dant, cant remember which, got a decent +8 or so. Probably one in 200 though
