Jawa Beads look exactly like one of the necklaces Tailors can make, so there's really nothing different about it besides the name. ANd it can't be equiped, either. So it is basically junk.
I do have one on display in my house, just for the heck of it, though. Right above a Jawa Ion Pistol.
