This breaks for me if the groupleader is too far away. If you're solo, your macro should always work.

It's because you're too far from the group leader, it won't work. I think the fact that the radial works is just a bug. Ungroup and the macro will work again.

As long as you have that running in the back ground you can just click from corpse to corpse then tab off them to the next enemy I dont think there is any target macro for NPCs that are dead, I dont think clicking on something dead and waiting half second to loot should be that bad.
