Avoid incap ( Master Denfender ) + 2 Other Enhancers who can transfer the Avoid incapping Jedi force incase they get low. Works everytime.

I know it aint quite the templates you listed, but as a master Doc/Master Rifleman, this is how I go about soloing them :
Add said NPC to a large body of water. Swim to opposite shore. When Dark Jedi NPC is in range, mind shot, then lots of head shots. Keep running around the edge of the lake trying to keep the Dark Jedi at least 30 meters away at all times. Make sure it stays in the water, otherwise things can get messy. Keep this up for about 15-20 minutes, hey presto : one dead Dark Jedi NPC.
Using this technique, I've personally had about 10 of them, generally without taking any of those nasty 5k+ hits DJ's are good at.
Best time ever though, I got fully Janta Buffed up, dropped 2 1k+ vercupti and ran at it yelling ' Outta my way!!! 6k HAM boy coming through!!!' only to get one hit slain... It was pure comedy

I'm planning to try to take some down tonight with a Master Defender and another jedi. Should only take 2 minutes or so. I'll let you know how I get on.

All I know is I was getting 1500 per burn. Works the same way with elders.
