Items And Loot Archive
Thread: What Was..... ?
I liked my NS bracer the most. It is a rare piece of 'clothing' and makes me feel special. Plus, it's beautiful.
Way back then though, my favorite was a slave collar (but that was before I found out we couldn't wear it). As a tailor, I have a special fondness to special clothing. ![]()
2) Aukkan Ring
These are rather lame suggestions for the rings uses but i guess what i'm trying to say is,
I like non-decorative character-enhancing functional loot.
Hero quest loot was my favorite.
It is a reward for a quest and can't be sold or traded. You do it once and that is it. Not as clumsy or random as the rest of the loot, a more civilized loot reward.
Discounting all the combat loots, I suppose the most fun thing I ever looted was an Eyes of Mesra. The first time I used it I gota messagealong the lines of "the darkside clouds the future" which got me all excited as I thought it might somehow lead me to becoming a Jedi. After I calmed down I liked it because it was just something fun to use now and then.
Although I never looted one though, the loot item I always wanted more than any was the Nightsister bicep and I would dearly love for them to start dropping again. It isn't it's rarity that appeals to me, simply that I like the look of it and ultimately, however cool a house decor loot item might be, very few people will see inside my home. A clothing item is something that makes my character look better to all who see her. Please let them drop again. Their drop rate was neverfrequent enough as to make them commonplace before they became extinct, bringing them back would still mean they were rare but would still give some of us hope that we might one day obtain one.
