They do drop heating elements though (at least on Talus), which was "common knowledge" that only Binyares did.
I know the whole point of random spawns is that they are random, but is there any particular locations on Dant or Yavin where the Blacksuns tend to spawn?
Yes as a matter of fact on Dathomir there is only 1 section they spawn. Only thing is this section is hudge. Goto the dathomir outpost. Head west all th way towards the imperial prison. The is a ridge in the map u will see before you hit the prison. This ridge runs maybe 4 to 7 k meters north to south. Run this ridge up all the way to the top of the map an i mean the top , untill u cant go no more. Yes they spawn this far north. Run it all the way down untill u see on ur compus that the ridge ends an turns a brown flat color. Turn around an do the same thing.

i find that you normaly have to kill between 25 to 50 per loot just stick with it youll get something eventually

try around server restart
up to 22 and still only credits
#26 gave me a pair of BH gloves. and I am finding them every couple hundred meters along the ridge now
