And after you have gone insane you will think the loot drops of bone segs and Hawt pants are good loots!!!
So really your in a win win situation. hehehe....although my fav. loot drop to date was skin colored hot pants! lol my guildies loved them.

That reminds me of the best/worst loot drop I ever saw. Therewere some (exceptional) Hot Pants a friend looted from a Rancor over a year ago. He has since quit but I would kill to know what became of them. He use to charge people to see them, lol.

LOL that is almost a good as the much rumored Small Ball (exeptional) at least you can wear the Hot Pants hehehe

I've actually heard that someone on one of the servers has a set of them, I'll try to find the post but they were doing the same thing, charging a small entrance fee so people could come and see his exceptional small balls, rofl.

once in a while u will get a loot
when i was swordman, i just soloed 5 elders and it was only in 1 day
first- credits
second- credits
third- crappy LVA
fourth- 600 max LVA unsliced, i was getting happier, and i wanted to try last 1
fifth- pearl
not bad
as for acklay i killed it over 20 times and i say i just got 3 times bones and best where 66/100 and 92/97
i also looted
4x1337 max dmg acklay venom

i seem to be really lucky with getting white crytals off of nightsisters and singing mountain clan, looted over 20 this week several off of spellweavers, protectors, SMC dragoons, arch witches and guardians. got a load of crappy DOT lances as well

Got 2 exceptional loots from nightsisters (1elder + 1spellweaver)within 48hrs once...but as you said. it's pure luck, you cannot do anything to improve your luck other than the obvious, killing LOADS of npc's!
....statistics...lets say you get a "good loot" from every 150 elders, then by definition you need to kill 150 elders to get that "good loot" not just the one... 
...Just pray to the database gods I guess...

Well, at first I was lucky...I looted 6 pieces of BH Armor my first week and then, this week I get nothin'! Loot comes in waves dude! Just be Patient!
Note to all Lowca Players - I got an extra BH left bicep if anyone wants to trade for boots or a right bicep!

i get about one good loot a month....750dmg DXR-6 one month and a 499 dmg gaffi the next...
it's all luck..... and killing craploads of npc's
