I beg to differ. I looted a blue rug adhesive when I was doing the Drod Head Quest, as did a fellow guildie. I've also obtained a number of adhesives from mummer thugs in Moenia, including Orange and Blue Rug adhesives, Gong Adhesive, and one other that I can't think of off the top of my head.

Just ran it last night...got the Blue Rug Adhesive as a reward from the guy near the Imperial Base on Talus (before attacking the "larger" group of Black Sun pirates). I don't have the exact wp, but the thread on the Quest forum will make it easy enough to accomplish:

Weird, I was going to reply with he exact same thing (although I thought they were Black Sun?) After taking out the 15-ish mobs at the camp, I ended up with a blue rugadhesive, a few blank canvases, and various odds and ends (a couple weapons, a locked container, etc).
