broken no.. nerfed yes.. he was one of the poi mobs that the devs tweaked the spawn time on to give more chances for everyone to get a shot at him.. but for some reason they didnt think of adding a system that would limit one person from being able to kill him over and over again owning the spot.. so instead of trying to be innovative and putting a system in place to halt the camping of him they just put the origonal spawn time back in place.. as if thats going to fix the problem. people that can put a rifleman toon with an uber dxr-6 down there all day everyday to kill him everytime he spawns can still do it.. they will just get less loot.

i waited niax 1h30 with a guy

15 sec before he pop a guy come

he shoot him for 7000 damage with his ubber rifle*

he get the loot and log out

see i love it when stupid tossers ruin the game for all of us, this spot was great but it got owned. now none of us get the benefit. thanks afk campers, see you are ruining the game for us all, thanks.
