LOL one time i suspected of getting sumthing good the smuggler who was slicing says OMG and im like what is it good and hes like no it sucks bye

got bored one day and decided to browse the bazzar and found about 20 LC's for 1k a piece thought I would buy them as a lucky dip, got them sliced buy a nice honest smuggler, who gave me everything that was in them out of the 20 I got 2 twin force crystals (one green one blue) with average stats sold them for 200k a piece and about 6 CA/AA with varieing stats +1 to +3 which I held onto, that was a bout 5-6 months ago. Now I try and buy up as many LC's as I can find with a price up to 2.5K. It's not much money and sometimes I strike it lucky recently found an SR combat pistol with a 3 mods on it including +3 (or something like that) to pistol speed.

I'm sitting on about 38 locked containers I'm going to use to grind slicing xp when I go smuggler. I've never gotten anything worthwhile from a treasure map, though. As I've gotten these from everything from Skaak Tippers to Night Sisters, I'm going to run the list out when I do slice them...

I just did the slicing grind yesterday and in the 60 locked containers it took to get to slicing II I got 3 CAs and 1 AA. All plus 1 to differenr skills. I also got 6 extra locked containers.
Of course, bigger numbers are needed to make sure but I'm guessing there is about a 5% chance of getting an attachment and about a 10% chance of getting an extra locked container.

Oh, and there is a thread on the smuggler forums about interesting stuff people have found on locked conatiners. Its pretty cool.

Best i got was a lightsaber crystal(purple). A few clothing attachments and also JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK. I also got a evil locked container where it had another locked container inside and that one had another and then at the end it only had a knife...grrrr

in my n00b days im sure the smugglers kept the decent stuff - always got a few containers empty back from them, when i grinded slicer myself (my own looted containers) i never ever got an empty one from about 230 of them
