Don't be mocking animal Crossing... my nephew and I had such fun with that game. You should see the Autobot logo I made with that game's pattern editor.

Along with the upgrade of the combat system, the concept of "loot trees"
will be introduced to the game. These will be special trees which can
be targeted to access a radial menu with a single entry called "Shake".
There is a chance that credit chips will fall out of a shaken tree and,
in some instances, valuable items such as furniture may be dropped. There
is an even smaller chance of a bee's nest falling from the tree, producing
a swarm of bees that will sting all nearby players causing a mild and
temporary health poison effect. Players may attempt to escape by burst
running into a nearby building. The stings will also cause a swelling
around the left eye, but this will be removable by a novice image designer.
On planets such as Tatooine, which have a scarcity of trees, players will
be able to obtain money by striking rocks with a shovel which will be
craftable by artisans. The shovel schematic will be a loot item added
to Nightsister Elders. In some cases, using the shovel to dig in soft soil
will produce more credit chips and other interesting items. You will even
be able to find petrified fossils, such as developer brains.

Now all the people who have never played Animal Crossing are going to run and tell their friends of this silly loot change, then they cry and moan and tell other friends..etc, etc.. Then of course follows the hordes preaching the death of SWG and they are all cancelling their accounts right this moment, blah blah blah.. All because of a simple SWG/Animal Crossing parody... Shame on you..

Whoo hoo, someone from the "no sense of humor" lobby has graced us with his presance. Rancor 418, sometimes people say things that are not true because a lot of us find them funny. I understand you do not, but please, in the words of Lord Humongus, "Just walk away."

This sounds ok.Yeah if they drop 100 credits big deal, the npc's drop around that now. We will see. The devs are really trying with the update. I hope it works and if it does, look out SWG will blow the other games out of the water. LOL
