I have a couple backpacks full of these things, andI use them all the time.

2-hand melee accuracy

1-hand melee accuracy

pistol speed

pistol accuracy

and so on and so on.

Not mentioned but you can't use them while in combat, so inject one before getting aggro

they can be used in combat......u cant have any states on u tho(dizzy, intim, etc, etc)...and they have to be used from top level inventory......
