You be surprise what type of +6 tape you can get from this mission. Oh, they don't drop in every mission, just need patient to do a lot of mission.

As a WS/Rifleman, I have a hard time finishing a buff cycle there before my inventory is full of WS loot (mostly High speed feed Mechs & Nym motors), crystals, recycler parts, skill stims& the odd attachment here and there. Even if you don't get the loot you really want, Sami-jx will love the parts, and the rest can be sold off pretty easy for cash to buy what you really want. If I go for the full 3 hours, I'm usually xp capped on Rifleman too. No grinding involved for FS. Even better, most of the combat is ranged, so your Pistolers ranged defence will actually help you for once.
Only one word of warning... Nym's guys patrol the landing pad at the starport. If you have bad Nym faction, getting on and off world might be a firefight.
Ya, I somtimes go to Lok and kill NYM's. The only loot worth a darn there is the vibro enhancement that adds to VK damage. I can sell a set of NYM VK's for 100k, but I'm not into it for the money as much as the thrill of looting something that I like. Personally...I'd be thrilled to loot either dodge or melee defense atatchments or my dream loot.....WS experimentation stuff. I refuse to pay millions for WS experimentation stuff, but I don't mind spending hours and hours looking for it myself. (Go figure)

and to the person that posted the aakuan caves only drop +5 skill tapes.......you are wrong.....i along with others have looted up to +8 tapes from there......just an fyi....thx ob

The HighVel Feed Mechs are a nice additionfor makingmildly enhanced Strikers, FWG5s, Tuskens, Launchers, Bowcasters & Spraysticks. It's not as good as Gorax, or even a Spider Fang, but any enhancement is better than no enhancement, esp when they're free.

Although you're absolutely right, these weapons you mentaion Strikers, FWG5s, Tuskens, Launchers, Bowcasters & Spraysticksare rarely used by other than newb players unless they are fantastically sliced or enhanced with fangs or shards. They are simply "outclassed" by other weapons of their genre. The reason why the VK enhancements are useful is becuse as of now, it's the only way to improve that weapon, and a +20 is actually 14% or so on a 143 damage VK.

This is somewhat overrated in my opinion. I have a great suit I hardly even use. Why? Because I find I don't really need it. Food and the right template are far more important. Get that figured out first before you worry about adding to a template with skill mods.
Also, just buy them. It is a total waste of energy trying to camp poi's for high end skill tapes. Just buy and sell meat, hides, resources, and what loot you do get hunting. You'll make more and have what you need.

I really enjoy fencer/cm/doc You just gotta find your mix.
You offer great advice, but if I enjoy looking for my own loot I don't consider that a waste of time....I call that entertainng myself.
