I pulled 18 or so blue wires off a static binyare hooligan spawn, got tons of red wires and most of the recycler schematics.

id argue the making money point...i already made almost a million credits off my creature recycler, buy stacks of hide off people for 1-2 cpu, mesh them together, sell them to tailors and people grinding armorsmith for 5-10 cpu

Yes, they need to fix the drop rates to their "normal drop rate". I used to get at least 2 spinner blades in a buff session, now I do not get any. 1 in 36 hours is distressing.

It kills me that it takes so much work and/or costs so much to get an item that you'll never make much, if any, money off of, and won't look really pretty in your home, either.

I looted two blue wires Sunday morning from Binyare Hooligans. Along with 4 grey viewscreens.

Looted 3 agitator motor scheme from corsair captains in about 2 hours of running missions. So the drop rate on them is back to normal.
I went to try and get some spinner blades, ran missions for a while, no luck.

I got 3 Spinner Blades last night from Hidden Daggers in less than a buff session.
