Female Imperials should be able to wear the Hat too. Heck it took the Devs over a year to "re-include" the ability for males to wear it (it was never "fixed") - let's not see it take ANOTHER year for loyal Imperial women to get a chance to wear it!

I am sorry to say, but I don't think Imperial women should be able to wear Imperial Hats. There was never a female Imperial Officer. The Empire is dominated by males. As a matter of fact, in the movies, there were no female Imperials at all. So let's stick to the movie timeline, at least somewhat anyways.

No she was not in the movies, however she is listed in the Star Wars databank as being one of the very few female members of the Empire to gain a senior officer ranking, and this was due to Grand Moff Tarkin's personal recommendation and the fact that he took her under his wing and saw her potential. She was in charge of security at the top-secret facility that created some of the Empire's most devestating weapons, including the first version of the Death Star.
My original comment was about your statement that the Empire had no female officers, which is incorrect, however it is true as far as I remember that there were never any female officers shown in the original trilogy, so I cannot prove you wrong on that statement

you are all seeming to forget how GL is gonna edit in a female officer instead of Tarkin in the next re-release of star wars. no voice over though, they figure the women should have a gruff commanding voice.

black sun: racist, wont let twi's (and various other races) wear the helmets

If the woman can t wear the hats becaus the imperial army is dominate by the male. why the dev have allowed the woman to wear the reste of the uniform, why they can do imprial mission an earn faction point, why she can be colonel rank.
For the moment the dev have allowed the women to take part in the imperial army. so by the fact the dev must give all the same advantages that men. starting the the HAT.
