he is pretty easy to do since he is only level 32, gets alilttle hairy if the guy near him agroes you..because then it starts a chain reaction thru the bunker. but loot wise, between 2 characters on different servers i've killed him probably 10 times in the last 3 days....4 times in a row with one character and i've gotten 1 SEA and it was a +10 music healing enhancement or something useless like that. so either they tightened him up or the loot table is messed up with him to right now.
