This is most likely an in-game urban legend. A rumor, much like the meatlump cave. Perhaps an effort to influence the devs to inplament a new weapon drop.

Hiya folks,


I looted one of these things from the "D blah blah" whatever guys, forgot the spelling, but I believe i was the guy on the way to DWB that looted it cuz i showed it off to my groupmembers when i got there...anyways yeah it blows -1 CL lol...pretty nice having it though..maybe its worth something idk...lemme know what ya find out either ingame or here..dont get on the forums much though....
