the parts they are referring to are the Binary Liquid and Protective Liquid Coating looted only (as far as i know) in the Death Watch Bunker off Death Watch Wraiths, Ghosts and some say Bloodguards
BLOODGUARDS do drop 3 of the 4 i have looted come from them
