Took me forever but i finally found the imp coordinator on Naboo in Kaadra. Hes just about directly in front of the starport on the way to the bazaar terminal. Also figured out if you actually return the flowers to the officer you get 50 faction points each.
The coordinator in theed is very easy to find. Go out the back of the cantina and turn right. there's a bridge, cross it. go down that street, and you'll see an imperial tent with a guy out front. He'll have you run some missions, then he'll direct you to naboo's combat guild hall for the rest (right down the street on the left)
does someone knows if they have a serial number now? Making us able to craft dead eye again?
And did you destroy the mission wp in your datapad each time you picked up the flora, if they were not given as a quest reward, so that you could redo it?

The 1, 2, or 4 floras are in a magseal container that you can loot before you set the destruction sequence from the terminal, both are in the same room. Rewards for the mission for Imps is if you drag & drop the flora onto the Imperial mission giver, you get faction points.

No, the mission waypoint destroys itself. There's no point in waypointing the location & going back to loot more floras because you have to blow up the place & it is only generated for your mission. You kill the low level NPC's, loot the floras, set the self destruct & then leave to go back to which even planet your mission giver is on, talk to them again, do not drag & drop the flora onto them, tell them you couldn't find the place & would like another waypoint, get it, rinse & repeat. Go to a vendor & sell the floras for 40K each making sure to keep as much as you want for decoration. You can repaeat the flora part of the quest as much as you want, even if you go back to the Coordinator & do his final destroy mission.
