Master Rifles Master Swords and Medic 4040
ive soloed these guys plenty of time's as spd capped swordsman and 90% Comp did'nt even need to heal tho i did have to cure bleeds, i ve looted "Smooth Stones" "Black Metal Gaffi's" and loads of junk to boot.
ive always found them after server restart at 0,0 near the squill cave and only once actually at fort tuskan. and once at the Krayt Graveyard during the Krayt Boom as CSRJames thought it would be funny to drop them on us lol which was good

I honestly don't know about soloing them at range... I've been hit for 7k dam at range. I am sure it could be done with the proper luck. If they hit you with a bleed at range that would take more than one firstaid to heal ... I would think it would have to be lights out.
The only template i've tried to solo them with was a melee stacker Mswords, Mbrawler, 0300 TK, 0440 fencer, 0040 pikes, 2040medic 0004CP I was spd caped swinging a big PH too. They didnt put up too much of a fight the bleeds could get nasty but kept them intimidated and in melee range and they weren't much different from an elder.

I can confirm the Tuscan observers, i saw up to 4 of them in the area right around the cave.
Me Being a3444 fencer/master pistoleer with some medic on me 4440 thought me and a tmk could take em. lol. we lasted about 2 salvo's.
It was eerie...
there was no-one there and it looked like a ideal grind session
.... but ....
we cleared out the up top area,
...then...
and teh middle caves,
we went down to the bottem and *bam*
.... tmk went down first. i tried running... made it about 5m.
about 10-15 tuscans were down there, i counted 4 observers, and multiple warlords, with some sparadic commies, and some chiefs...

Just had a go at soloing an Executioner with Master Rifleman Bh 4000 SL 1040 Medic 3100...Im not going to try agin lol
