Before the loot revamp 4 out of 5 dropped shards, but now the drop seems broken.

Problem with adding the smugglers components to the loot table for gorax is that it has lessened the chance of getting bone shards. You still have the same chance to get a drop fom him, but it's no longer always bone shards.
