Ok i have just got the deed for the Jedi Star Fighter i am going back to rebel pilot now but before i do i need to know that the quest to get the deed is the same quest to be able to fly it??? i haven't done the space part of the mission but have been told that i dont have to do it.

No, one youve done the Ground Part of the Quest and received the Actis you may fly it, the space part is just a fun mission and 3k of Imp Fps.

That's only an issue with the ARC-170. The Actis isn't bugged for factional changes.

oh, well i ahvent dione the quest yet so i wouldnt know, its jsut there are ussually some posts aobut the whole unpakcing thing

Yeah, the ARC-170 is bugged when you drop faction--hence, I managed to get two ARC-170s on my main character. The Actis, on the other hand, works the way it's supposed to. (Sort of.
)

now , why would a reb want a JSF to unpack? It looks pretty in the data pad. and does not compare to a hvy x-wing.

because the rebel thinks that the mere action of unpacking it will instantly increase his skills by some 4-500%
