Dark Jedi Medallions sell very nicely as well. I fell sucker to that one. Emptied my life savings into buying one.
Of course, that was the day I started the game, back in August 2003. And my life savings were just over 3000 credits....

And unless that's changed in the last 1.5 years or so (it's been that long since Idid itlast), you have a chance to get them from any "(criminal)" NPC that offers a quest (i.e. has an "I" above their head). It's a random reward for their delivery missions. You don't need to go to the one in Moenia.
Only problem used to be (again, I don't know if that's still the case) that if you have negative Thug faction, you'll have a hard time talking to the NPC at the other end of the mission, as they'llattack you on sight.
Pretty sure its still the same, i was bored and just running random missions a while ago and did one for a criminal in mos entha i think it was and got one.
There are more then just these that will give ya some neat loot. Scientist, Miner, Noble, and Entertainer if memory serves me right will ALL give you some little trinkets to decorate with.
Enjoy 'em and make sure to let other new players know about this. 500k for one of these from an established player should be a bannable offence. A noob with a CDEF can do these quests for god's sake...
