Sorry for asking but where can i find Doctor Kinesworthy i have been looking sice the new patch got out and cant find him and i have been asking and no one will tell me

yes you start in myyydril caverns, talk to patrol leader to start that set of quests, it will finally end up with Doctor Kinesworthy, but please note, dont stop talking to him half way through

As for where to get the arms atached. Go to ANY medical center that has 2 or mor efloors andgo to 2nd floor and look for a Cybernetics Specialist(soemthing like that) and he'll attach it to you for 5k. If ya want it removed talk to him again and he'll remove it for 5k. He can also repair if you die and get item decay(forget how much,but probably 5k as well).
And yes,the Dr. Kinesworthy and the Nurse are the Myydril caves(go to the Rhorwir/dead forest and up to the poi myydril caves). The hardest part is findng the village with the crappy overlay map(really needs to be color coded by level or something). But beware you gotta do like 20 delivery/retrieval missions before you get to him so set aside a few hours for doing this,and be ready to fight a lot of those little bugs.
