no but the drop rate is so low it sure feels that way lol...and the jetpack and mando arent really loots...if u are talkin about something that drops then you would have to say the parts for them instead of the actual items
so protective liquid coating and binary fluid which are both needed to craft mando would sure be on the list...
and i would also include the jetpack base...i pay roughly 10 mil a pop when i can find em on our server...the other parts of the jetpack are easy to get though so i wouldnt think they would apply

Not really that rare. I've seen prolly 15 NSEL's being carried by different people Pre-CU (I own a pre-cu one myself). Now that they really arent that good anymore that I've seen, pikeman just leave them home on the walls, especially since its a master pikeman cert just to equip it as well. Before anyone could carry it around and mostly for showing off the lightning effect when loading into a starport.

I believe the rate is more like .001% or something, depending on who you ask lol
Well that's what I was asking. At one time it was supposedly a 1% drop rate.

Do the NS BIceps still drop tho? People have said the eyes of mesra and palm frond dont, but reports are all over of them being looted on Lok. Has anyone gotten a bicep recently?
