NK-Necrosis is not "innaproriately" called Grevious because the DEV's have called him Grevious and we all know the DEV's are never wrong. AND when you examine the Starship he drops the description reads, "A Grevious fighter". So unless NK-Necrosis happens to have swapped ships with Grevious.........

and necrosis can be done with none jedi, our group of 4 took him out with roots/snares

Yes you can do the dwb with one group, it will be a good fight but you can do it.
We can't give you a timeline on howlong it will take you to loot all the stuff to make the jetpacks cause it is random.
Jetpack Base from black sunnpcs takes a while to find them, takes alot of kills to loot ANY piece, even longer to get 7 bases.
Stab Unit from overlord. Not too hard, he drops it every time. That is still 7 trips down into the dwb, assuming you are successful each time you go. not sure if both spots are spawning the OL still but you might be able to cut down the trips if you can kill two OL per trip.
The Alum minerals from the quest. Well this quest will take a while to do (a few hours) if you get it done though you can return every three days and get more alum minerals from this guy, so that is not too bad.
The other components are the tough ones. They are all looted from inside the DWB and some are very hard to come by. I looted about 6 injector tanks in the span of a week but am not sure if they still appear in that first chest, plus it spawns a sbd.
If you guys are dedicated enough for it you CAN do it. Good luck to you.

Oh and I believe there is a guide on the armorsmith forums that is awesome, complete with a map, I would suggest printing this map out and/or having it handy. I usually pull up that thread on my laptop and refer to it while in the DWB. Most importantly though, PRACTICE TOGETHER and use TEAMWORK.

Hey Worn. To answer your question. There is a guild on Bloodfin that does the DWB every day. The almost have a full suit of POST-CU Mando armor and have made over 5 jetpacks since the CU. They said it takes 2 FULL groups of 8 people, mostly jedi, having the ability to avoid incap. It takes a total (If you do not screw up) of 2 hours to complete the full DWB and get a jetpack. This is all information regarding recent events from the guild
